Cette oeuvre a été édifiée à la gloire de la vache normande. "Ratisfaite" est le petit nom de la vache qui a posé pour l'artiste Hernri Le Bihan. This statue, by Henri Le Bihan, was designed as a monument to the Norman breed of cows, whose rich milk makes the famous Camembert cheese. "Ratisfaite" was the pet-name of the cow that posed for the artist.
